Mindmarks is a personal knowledge graph platform that lets you save, organize, and query bookmarks, articles, threads, and other web content using AI. Features include AI-powered search, Q&A with sources, and knowledge graph visualization.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not share your account or use another person’s account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatedly extract data from the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to store or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

The Mindmarks platform, including its code, design, branding, and AI models, is owned by Mindmarks. You retain ownership of the content you save and the knowledge graphs you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you save, organize, and share through Mindmarks. We do not pre-screen user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. AI Features

Our AI-powered features (search, Q&A, graph generation) use third-party AI services. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. You should verify critical information obtained through AI features.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDMARKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mindmarks operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
